“Courteous staff greeted us right away and handled our reservation professionally. Clean room, comfy bed, drains all worked, hot water for the shower, heat in the room, no noise from other rooms. Breakfast at Darling's Restaurant, even off the limited menu, was still tasty, and served promptly. A whole lot better than many free ‘continental breakfasts’ we've had. If you're looking for a four-star hotel at a two-star price, you've found it.”

“The beds in our room were very comfy, with plenty of pillows. The room was tastefully decorated as well. One thing that really stood out for me was the excellent customer service. The night clerk was so friendly and helpful. She went and got me an extra blanket, helped me with directions, etc. The free hot breakfast was great, such a convenience. Right in the hotel's restaurant! Overall we had a very nice stay here.”
